WGC has a requirement for:  Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent Detailed Description Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent will be responsible for:  *         On-site coordination of manpower, materials and equipment. *         Plans and implements fabrication means/methods, schedules, productivity innovations, site logistics. *         Assists in the development of, monitors, and executes the project plan and schedule. *         Supervises and mentors field personnel. *         Performs construct-ability reviews and assemble/build methodology. *         Ensures manpower and materials are available to execute the work according to plan. *         Responsible for the mobilization and demobilization of all fabrication personnel in a timely manner. *         Promotes and implements the Safety and Quality procedures to ensure the scope of work is performed safely and to the required standards. *         Liaises with Construction Manager, other discipline superintendents and engineering to keep the project on schedule, under budget and ensure optimum success of the project.
